• Bartlett Company offers a full service Kitchen & Bath Showroom at our office to assist you in your selections for projects, small and large alike. Staffed by our knowledgeable professionals, our showroom offers a full selection in appliances, cabinetry, plumbing fixtures, lighting, hardware, granite and tile. Another turnkey service offered in your custom home / renovation process.  This step will simplify the many decisions and buying trips that go into a new home project.
• Bartlett Company has created a streamlined process. Your time is of the essence and we have created a streamlined process to efficiently track your project. Bartlett Company appreciates that you wish to live in your new home as soon as possible. To this end we try to maintain an inventory of lots and existing homes to choose from. If we do not have the right one, our methods allow us to find a lot and produce the ideal home for you in the shortest amount of time. Our in house design team, experienced permit expediters, and motivated production team can take you from Realty engagement to “keys in hand” in the shortest possible time. There is NO DELAY between design and construction. We are prepared to begin construction as soon as you are comfortable with the design and the budgets, we apply for the permits and start mobilizing the construction efforts. You don’t have to wait for a lengthy bid process that could delay construction by several months. 

• Guaranteed Schedule:  All projects are tracked in Microsoft project and reviewed with the client every 2 weeks. As such we can guarantee that your home will be produced on schedule – guaranteed.
• 90-Day and 1-year Punch: Bartlett Company provides a ninety-day and one year punch, with a two-year warranty for all our clients. 
• We are committed to your SATISFACTION as well as to our own HIGH QUALITY STANDARDS. We will make sure your home is completed on time and at or under budget.
