Innovator In The Atlanta Building Market For More Than 27 Years.

Bill Bartlett, founder of Bartlett Company and owner of Home ReBuilders, innorvators within the Atlanta building market for more than 27 years, launched Bartlett Company and the Personal Home Development concept to fulfill a yet-unaddressed section of Atlanta residents — those individuals who would benefit from turnkey new home development from start to finish, personalized to their needs.

Bill has been a pioneer in the Atlanta home market for decades. Originally from Toronto, Canada, Bill represents the fifth generation of his family to immerse themselves in the exciting construction business. With his background in engineering, expertise in the home design/build process and business savvy, Bill brings a diversified set of skills to each client's project. However, what all clients discover above all else is Bill's passion for his work. He truly loves what he does!

Bill is a realty agent with Keller Williams Atlanta Midtown, and through the years has helped numerous clients locate, price and purchase lots and teardowns, as well as fixer uppers. Bill and his team also manage and perform  Design/Build services which have resulted in very livable and many award winning homes.
He is a member of the Board of Directors on the Atlanta Home Builders Association's Green Council for 2010. He is also a member of NARI (National Association of the Remodeling Industry) as well as NKBA (National Kitchen & Bath Association). His firm Home ReBuilders, has won dozens of remodeling awards over the years and is an EarthCraft certified builder.

Making his home Atlanta, since 1985, Bill is the busy father of 3 under the age of 10. In his spare time he has a passion for restoring and racing vintage cars.
