With Bartlett Company, your new home designed and built thru Home ReBuilders comes with a series of punch inspections and warrantees.

These include:

90-day Punch Inspection

Ninety days after you move into your home we will call to schedule a visit to ensure the operation of all systems, and take care of anything that you might have noticed once you are living in the home.

1-Year Inspection

After our clients have lived in their new home or newly renovated home for a complete climate cycle (one year), we perform a structural and shrinkage inspection to ensure that the home is performing well.
